FMC Punishes Carrier for D&D Abuse
FMC Administrative Law Judge has assessed Hapag Lloyd a penalty of $822,220 equating to $58,730 per day for charging unlawful detention for 19 days where there were no appointments available to return 11 containers in LA/LB.
